  Admittedly I love Orangetheory. The workouts are always changing and that keeps my mind and body confused and changing too. I took Renee’s class this morning and there was a lot of switching and moving of stations but she handled it like a pro! Great energy too!

  I love Orange Theory Tempe! Great location, Great facility, friendly staff. Coach Trevor is amazing. His high energy and enthusiasm is infectious! He makes me want to push myself just a little more with each session! I highly recommend this place!

  I started Orangetheory in May attending 3+ classes a week and have been seeing great results. Prior to Orangetheory I was an active person but was not very consistent with workouts. Since May I’ve lost over 10lbs, have toned up and just feel better overall. The workouts are always challenging but doable and the coaches are always so encouraging and helpful!

  I love Orange Theory Fitness! Every work out is motivating. The coaches are motivating and always there to provide feedback and to ensure your form is safe and correct. And every exercise is modifiable-if you have orthopedic issues, which is great! ????
