  If you have never done a Float Spa before, you need too! If your not familiar with what one is, get familiar! This has the potential to change your life in a good way. This place is incredible. The atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing and the staff is always kind and helpful. I have a membership and come pretty regularly. It's a great way to destress from every day life and can help you get some of the best sleep of your life. I usually tend to come for one of their last appointments of the day and then head home to bed and on those days my rest is noticeable better. Now I will say it might take 2 or 3 floats to get used to it, but once you do it's like nothing else you have experienced. They also have an oxygen bar, hot tea and a vibration bed for extra relaxation.

  I did my first float yesterday, it's an amazing experience and next day I'm feeling great. Generally just more laid back and comfortable. This is something I would recommend everyone try at least once.
  Towels, sandals, shampoo, body wash are all provided. There's a short video and disclosure to sign before you start your tour then the float. After tea is provided and oxygen bar is available.
