My husband and I started going to OsteoStrong a year ago. The main reason we decided to give it a try is I had been diagnosed with Osteopenia and didn't want to go the medicine route. We went for our free
session and were impressed with what we heard, and our overall experience.

After 6 months at OsteoStrong I was due for my next Dexa Scan, and the results were fabulous. NO more Osteopenia, in fact my numbers are now ABOVE normal!!

We continue to go once/week and have noticed an improvement in our posture, balance, strength and overall well being. We love the staff, they are the most professional and compassionate team always coaching, educating, and ensuring you are doing the exercises correctly.

We also love the Hydromassage bed, a Biocharger and Normatec boots to help with blood circulation in your legs. We use them all.

Decided to give OsteoStrong a try after doctors suggested infusions for my osteoporosis. I wanted an alternative treatment plan that didn’t rely on drugs.
