Came for an x ray. It’s first come first serve it seems. The lady at the front was extremely kind and even got up and walked around to give an elderly woman her Id/insurance cards back.

The wait was longer than I hoped but she articulated the situation. I was able to wait safely outside instead of the small room also.

I wouldn’t get an x ray on a Monday if you can help it, aside from my timing it’s been a “nice” trip.

Not sure why Simon Med has emailed me to sign in online; the site evidently didn’t load the my license, insurance card or order into the system. Not sure why Simon Med emailed me and asked me to make an appointment and to check in online when I had to check in anyway. I was on time but the front desk staff was “getting organized” after coming back from lunch. It was a wait anyway. I’m going to have to reschedule if it pushes an hour.

On the positive side the tech was fabulous! I was nervous and he made me relax.

Wait time was only about ten minutes, front desk was knowledgeable and professional, and the person who performs my exam was kind and very good at his job. Everything that was going to happen was explained beforehand and the procedure went smoothly. Thank you!
