Flooring is a huge investment and navigating the choices is daunting. We had many companies who provided us quotes for our flooring. Puckett's won our business and we couldn't be more pleased. Kris Dunn was our salesperson who was the picture of professionalism from the time that she entered our home, measured the space, provided the quote and stayed in touch throughout the process. The crew that was sent to remove the existing flooring, prep the floors and install the flooring was on time everyday, worked very hard, cleaned up after themselves, were courteous and efficient. Special shout to the the crew lead, Jacob for his dedication. The product we selected (luxury vinyl plank) was installed properly, neatly and looks amazing. It is a rare thing these days to find a company that does what it says, Puckett's did from start to finish.

Vanessa was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products they offer . She was patient with me while i made my selection. She even went as far as to check with her flooring provider on installation requirements because i live in a cold climate. Carlos loaded my truck and was very Courteous and careful when it came to my vehicle and with placement of the product. I will definitely be using this company again. Thank you
