Well it's WAS a very nice place when I moved there about 7 years ago it was really nice, we kept our blinds open all the time, during the beginning of the lease it was nice because it was during the winter. Our neighbors were nice, still friends with them to this day, tho they too have moved since. The security was the only issue then, because we had our radio stolen and I hardly ever seen the car park monitor around with his handy notebook. We threw big parties that spread out to the balconies and other apartments, but my girlfriend and I practice good neighbor ediquette knocked on everyone's door to invite them over or let them know that it was going to be a loud gathering at our apartment number. Everybody was cool with it every time, so it was pretty normal for that year for the community. Yeah, one night SWAT woke us up and we watched as our downstairs nieghbors from across the way were being arrested, but they did not take anything from the house except its occupants. The set AC's yeah were a problem being that we were used to weather in SD, but that's why we always drove to Flagstaff for the weekend. The only weird that about this place is that door to the 2nd bedroom was closed and locked some mornings, my girlfriend and I always closed our door and had our own bathroom and we always made sure the front doors were locked. But I cannot tell why a few times that door closed. But all in all it was great place but it does have potential depending on the community and year.

I'm glad I moved in before reading these poor reviews. While a bit irresponsible on my part, it would have turned me off an otherwise pleasant renting scenario. There are certainly a few things that could be improved upon, such as adding the modern convenience of online rent payment and improving the quality (or decreasing the cost) of the laundry machines. However, management has always been efficient and helpful when concerns arise, and so far I have had no issues with the apartment or utilities.

This is not the best apartment complex in Tempe, nor even in the area. Having said that, it is a complex that seems to be making strides at both improving its image, and providing a reliable living experience to those who may be looking for an affordable rent. The apartments are clean, fairly large, and management is incredibly good at helping those who have patience.
