Collins Comfort Masters

We chose Collins after meeting with five A/C contractors in total. We were specifically looking for a variable speed system, and had done our homework as consumers. All of the other contractors tried to give us the “hard sell” in our kitchen. Three knew nothing about variable air systems and tried to sell us on a traditional model. Collins came with the right information, solid product knowledge and listened to our needs, then offered products that matched.

Collin’s provided clear, no hassle financing options that were competitive with anything else we looked at.

We made our buying decision after five days, and Collins was immediately available to install.

Installation crews were on time, careful to keep materials and tools in order, covered everything, and left the house as clean as when they arrived. Installation crew walked us through setup and made sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns.

Your AC system is a huge investment. Even if it’s an emergency, get educated as consumers before you buy and the find the best contractor… not one who tries to push you into a deal. For US, that was Collins - they were outstanding from start to finish and we would absolutely recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

I would like to highlight the customer service of the several individuals who performed my AC install. Mario C, Richard, and also Chris.

Mario is such an amazing individual that they really should clone him! He was very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and explained everything to me in detail. I am an older individual and I very much appreciated the time and patience that he took with me.

Richard was equally outstanding! As I said, I am older, and when he installed my new digital thermometer he was extremely patient and thorough in explaining to me exactly how I was to use this new device in my home. I also had an extensive duct redo from him, and he was stellar in changing everything over to the new system that was being put in for me.

Last but not least is Chris, typically when you call a phone number you get an answering machine and I really hate that. I was pleasantly surprised when I called the number and Chris answered the phone. He reassured me that should I need anything now, or in the future, do not hesitate and just reach out to him and he would take care of whatever issue I had. He has absolutely outstanding customer service skills.

I had a roof unit installed and I have to give a shout out to the crane operators and installers. They were professional, on time, and left everything the way they found it when they departed my property.

I highly recommend Collin‘s comfort systems to anyone who is considering using them for a new AC unit.

I had Collins replace my old split system with a rooftop package unit, remove old swamp cooler, etc. The experience was great from beginning to end, Aaron came out on a Saturday and gave me a very fair quote on a nice Bosch unit ..a few days later Anthony arrived to confirm the install was going to go smoothly, and a few days later an install crew arrived and installed the unit, they cleaned up everything and removed all of the old components within a few hours. The whole process was very professional, quick, and painless, which is very hard to find these days. I would highly recommend Collins to anyone

Dustin was fantastic. He did the most thorough job of any service technician we have had in our home over the last thirty years. Dustin serviced our All About Water soft water system and our r/o water filter action system. He checked our water softness not only in the kitchen but also in our bathroom and also an outside tap. He checked the anode rod in our hot water tank which had not been done before. Guess what the rod was totally eaten away and he replaced it. I only hope on our next annual service that we can once again have Dustin perform the service. This is an excellent service repairman and you are fortunate to have him.

I'm so impressed with Collins Comfort Masters! On annual maintenance inspection, Mike (who is amazing) told us we needed two new air conditioners. (No surprise after all these years.) He informed me about my various options and helped me get the best deal. Yesterday a team (Ty, Blayke, Carson G and Edgar) arrived promptly, explained the process and went right to work.They were courteous, efficient and very professional. They were even friendly to my six month old obnoxious dog. The work was performed in a timely manner and clean up was complete. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Comfort Masters! I highly recommend them and will continue to use them as long as I own a home.
