(June 14, 2019, 12:33 pm)I bought a smoker for Father’s Day from BBQ Island. The employee helping me was very knowledge and helpful during the sale. He gave great suggestions on future add on pieces, how to care for it, and items to make. For a woman who had no idea what I was getting into, he made the process so easy. After getting home, we realized there was an error with the model given. The staff was very accommodating and easy to work with finding a resolution. BBQ Island has our business for life and would highly recommend them!
(April 14, 2019, 2:58 pm)Wonderful employees and store! My husband had been wanting to purchase a Traeger for years! When they came out with their new smoker this year, he finally decided to purchase one. We visited this place since it was a Traeger platinum dealer. They have a HUGE selection of grills and accessories. The gentleman that assisted us was very friendly and gave us some tips on what we could cook in our new smoker. We will be back here again for all our pellets and seasonings!
