It’s funny how people are quick to choose to give a business a negative review after one bad experience. Most of the reviewers today, have stated doing business with the company for over 10 years and today is the first time they have rated the company with a single star because the store was closed. What about the good service you have received over the years? No one bothered to give 4 or 5 stars when it was appropriate and when the business was serving your needs well.
I’m sure we all know that customers do read reviews at times and this paints a very bad picture on a small business who’ve had to navigate these past turbulent 3 years of Covid and have managed to keep their doors opened. Let’s be fair and not place an unnecessary burden on our community small businesses that are already struggling to keep their doors open and to continue to serve us the best they can. Let us continue to support them with our business and continue to pray for them and wish them well.
