Researched where to take portable generator. Asked questions when there - left generator - will see if service matches what I read. They called with updated estimate (this is an OLD generator) and estimated completion date. Generator was ready on time and they helped load it in car. Very satisfied!

Friendly and helpful staff. Visited for general inspection and repair of a Honda small engine with RPM surging issues. They listened to my description of the issue and were quite communicative (despite being in a holiday season, staff called after diagnosis to confirm next steps). Reasonably good prices for labor and replacement part (OEM carburetor).

I've been a long time customer. I always get greeted from the people that know me. But I would like to see more bilingual personal. As the majority of customers is hispanic. If it wasn't for that my rating would be 5 stars hands down.

I stumbled in here to rent a sod cutter after Home Depot messed up my rental and gave me a bad sod cutter. Heath was very professional and polite. The equipment was perfect and the price was right. It was nice to walk into a tool rental shop (as a female) and be treated with the same respect as any other customer. Thank you Tempe Power Equipment!
