“One month in and I'm really thankful we're living here. It is so much nicer than our last apartment. The management is so much more engaged, especially the property manager, Josefina. We have a resident app where people share things they are selling, giving away, tips, news, and hangouts. I feel like we walked into a community and not just an apartment complex. We're really really really thankful we live here. Our apartment is beautiful! Most residents park in the parking garage. Great for Arizona summers! The hallways are air conditioned. We have so many great amenities and some good ones. Ha. We are in one of the ones with a loft and my husband and I honestly say every day or every other day, "wow I can't believe how great it is here." Totally recommend living here and joining the community!”

The office staff is on a complete different level than the two girls that helped us move in, but that’s a GOOD thing lol. The manager Roseanne has always been very helpful and sweet to us. “What an amazing place to live! So far I am six months in, wanted to post a review. This place has great amenities for the size of the complex, same as most places however upgraded in many ways, for instance each pool cabana has its own TV. I have never never seen any of these places fill up or be crowded. Megan, Alysa, and McChrista in the leasing office are amazing, they assisted me in coordinating my move in as well as the multitude of online orders that don't fit in the package concierge. Lakeside drive is located about a block from the Tempe Town Lake and a few blocks from Mill Avenue. I would highly recommend this place”

“Tides on 5th -- great place to live! New owners hired great management staff. If you are looking for a place in this area, call the Tides, and ask for Leticia. She is friendly, cordial, hard working, and transparent--no hidden fees, or unpleasant surprises. My husband and I will renew our lease gladly.
