When we arrived Crystal greeted us and educated me on the program and pricing with no hold backs. The trial was a success. The coaches who worked with my daughter were very welcoming and patient with her. Over all the energy and environment was welcoming. We feel like we belong here. I’m super excited to see hard work pay off. Thanks flames team for accepting us with open arms.
(May 24, 2018, 6:56 pm)Awesome gym and very nice staff! I got personal training sessions at this gym. I have never had such effective and efficient workouts in my whole life. They also work with you nutrition and in weight trainings so that you can reach your goals. Apart form weight training sessions, this gym also offers lot of different fitness classes.
(May 23, 2018, 7:49 am)This is a nice facility with good coaching and staff. We've tried different gyms in the area, and keep coming back. The family that runs this gym-and it's sister gym in Peoria-is great and we wouldn't go anywhere else in the west valley. This site can get a little crowded when watching your kids practice, but that just shows how successful the gym is.
