(March 6, 2019, 3:39 pm)Instructor is great, he motivates you to push yourself and do your best to ensure you have the results you are looking for. He is very approachable and had great music! My son, brother and I really like his classes.

I absolutely love his classes and definitely encourage all men and women that want to see results and are not getting them from just going to the gym. His work outs are intense and he is a great coach. He encourages you to push hard and don't quit.
