Price was my biggest concern. Needed to get a walking bathtub for my mum. Got pricing from Kohler but was way too steep compared to mobility bathworks. Save at least a few grand. Thank you Chris for your prompt quotation, service and installation. There were minor miscommunication but you step it up and went above and beyond. My mum and myself were a happy satisfied customer. Will definitely recommend.
I recently purchased a 284804L walk in tub supplied by Mobility Bathworks. The packaging for shipment was excellent and the customer support for installation was also excellent. I am a DIY person and the installation was straightforward. I needed a drain coupling for the door drain and Mobility Bathworks sent me one very quickly. A very positive experience.

We have worked with Mobility Bathworks for many years. I have to say that they (and in particpilar Chris) are amazing. To be honest, we have had a number of problems over the years. But that’s just an honey part of doing business in the real world. We all make mistakes.
The real question is how does a company do business day-to-day, and then when something goes wrong... how go thru respond to a problem! These guys are our “go to” people whenever we need help and they always respond.
