We needed a cake on a very short notice and she worked with us diligently and listened to every single of our requests while giving us her feedback making sure that what we wanted turned out perfect. We had an idea in mind and gave her pictures of the cake we wanted along with the modifications of it and she gave us an exact replica of that. She is clearly very passionate about what she does and humble as well, which made all of our communication encounters very pleasant. The cake and cookies were so fresh and tasted amazing! I read the reviews and everyone is correct when they say that the cakes are delicious. “Most important, the staff are so nice. Very polite, patient, and helpful. They were very efficient at getting people in and out quickly that were in a rush; it was impressive! It was my first time here, so I got a classic fave of mine and something fun. I ordered the Nova Lox (my fave), cup of soup, and the Two to Mango smoothie (fun!). Nova Lox was so good! Great ratios for the salmon, onion, lox, tomato, and sour cream. This was probably my favorite item. The soup was chunky, and had so much in it- it was a nice hot, small thing to start with on the cold morning. The smoothie was mango and peach mostly, and it was so yummy! Simple, not too sweet, and a little energizing. I was looking to kill an hour while my car was getting new tires across the street. It was too early in the morning to grab food most places, but I thought a bagel sounded nice. It was a good decision, and I will definitely be returning!”

“BR ice cream itself is great if you like traditional, hard ice cream (I do!). I love that they have a new featured flavor or 2 every month to make it more interesting. This location has its pros and cons though. It's nice to have an ice cream shop in Central QC, and most of the time, when I go, the employees are at least attentive, if not friendly. You can sample as many flavors as you want, and they always have water and cups available for customers. They are really good about letting me customize my orders too. The thing I've noticed though is that there are frequently only teenage employees with no supervision, which means that no one is cleaning up regularly, they are antsy to close up when it gets within an hour of closing time, and a few of them lack basic necessary customer service skills and food service skills. I continue to go back because of the location and for some favorite flavors, but I do wish the owners would do something to take some pride in the appearance of their shop and in the way they train their employees.”

“I have been bringing my grandkids to Aquatots for over four years now. The instructors are excellent at motivating the kids, keeping the kids safe, and skill development. I am so comfortable with turning the kids over to the instructors because I know how well they’re going to be taken care of. Because of their instruction and personalized care, three of my grandkids swim so well they no longer need instruction. I have confidence that they will be able to do that with the remaining grandkids. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.”
