“Treated well before turf installed. After turf installed by Rivers landscaping, had problems. Pioneer blames Rivers, Rivers blames Pioneer. Accidentally melted turf but no one will help me fix problem. Well Pioneer landscaping called to say they are going to make good on the turf that Rivers landscaping ruined the warranty on. Nicolas Rios was given $1000 to buy turf, sand and enviro fill. He bought the turf only and went cheaper on sand and fill. I am out cost of filler, and $660 that I paid for installation. So afraid to trust new installer after being ripped off for about $900 in cost by Nicolas Rios. I am working with Arizona ROC, hoping another person will not get cheated. And thank you Pioneer for fixing problem not caused by you.”

All the details on the day of the funeral were flawless - chapel/casket setup, quality of flowers, transport to the burial site, the seating and canopy at the burial site, military honors, and the wonderful food and layout of the catering at the reception. Even details such as reserved parking for the family and golf cart transport were appreciated touches that all showed tremendous respect for the family and deceased. They did a fantastic job putting together the high-quality video which was played during the funeral service and reception.
