“I’ve been with Michiko for about 2 years and she has been such an amazing therapist for me. I’ve struggled with anxiety, depression, and trauma as a young mother, and having her to vent to and work through various therapy tactics has saved both my mental and emotional state. I wish I could stay with her even longer as my therapist if I weren’t moving!! I’d recommend her to anybody! Because of her, I was able to improve myself as a mother, wife, daughter, and friend. I’ve done even better in my career as a chemical engineer due to her teachings of how to work through burnout and emotional breakdowns. I don’t know how I could’ve gone through everything without her! My husband and I also have done couples counseling with this company and it has saved our relationship after being together for 9 years. They are so patient and are willing to work through all our unique struggles to figure out the best ways to understand one another. “During our visit to Arizona from Alaska, I called Professor Claudio and asked if our kids could attend class during our stay. He was extremely gracious and insisted that we come in whenever we could. My family and I visit my dad in Queen Creek, AZ a few times a year and it was important to us to find a gym to train at during our visits; and I'm happy to say we have. We could tell right away that Professor Claudio's teachings focused around strong fundamentals and respect for your fellow competitors. The other kids in the class were very friendly and helped our kids when needed. We are very fortunate to have a place where our kids are happy to train. Thank you Professor Claudio.”

“I give 5 stars to the ANC group home in Surprise, AZ. First and most important of all, the owners and caregivers are caring, kind and trustworthy people. The home is clean and safe. My husband has been there for a year and a half. He is in excellent hands. The food is pleasantly served and looks and smells delicious. I have heard no complaints, just compliments to the chef. “I've practiced various martial arts most of my life and I was a junior instructor and receptionist in higschool for a dojo. I wanted a program for my 5 year old that would instill discipline and confidence in him while learning exercise routines and practical self defense skills. I wanted to avoid "flashy" "sporty" martial arts. Never heard of Kajukenbo until I started researching kids martial arts programs in Gilbert. Very pleasantly surprised and impressed with the well-roundedness of this discipline and how great the instructors are with young and small children. The aerobics, grappling, striking, footwork, learning to fall, are exactly what I was looking for. They incorporate fun into each class while commanding respect and attentiveness of the kids. I've seen a remarkable improvement in the confidence of my son and he genuinely enjoys the challenge and competitiveness of every class. All the other parents are very friendly and engaged.”

“My daughter has enjoyed her classes here. I docked one star - considered docking two - because they offer a preview class that you have to pay for. This seems very odd to me. To draw in business wouldn't you want to offer that as complimentary? Secondly, after the preview class, we were told the instructor is supposed to come out and talk to you about the level you should enroll your child in. No one spoke to us. We just stood there for ten minutes and then left. The following week we came, and saw an instructor speaking in detail to another parent who is there for a preview class. Clearly they struggle with employee inconsistencies and communication. It shouldn't be difficult, the parents are literally standing right there.”
