She has the warmest smile, a great sense of humor, and she listens to all of my concerns and addresses them one by one. I truly felt like I was in the presence of a friend who genuinely cared about my treatment plan. I've been going here since 2019 and all the staff members at Oparnica Wellness are very smart, organized, empathetic, and kind souls. “I am a recent "graduate" of Nightingale's home care services. I had an extremely complicated situation for the nurses that took anywhere from 1-2.5 hours per visit 3 times per week for 12 weeks. Overall, the level of care was outstanding. Amber was my primary nurse and did a truly stellar job mastering my care. She was consistently EXACTLY on time for about 30 visits and was very communicative. Abe and Linda also assisted and were both truly caring nurses and wonderful human beings. “excellent customer service. this morning I called the Sun Valley Medical store and said the big home oxygen machine they delivered yesterday was really loud.... a whine and compressor noise I didn't notice until the deliveryman left me in the silence of my reality SVM representative said I'll get replacement right out - no hesitation. Driver just left me with a temp replacement (he had a rental unit on his delivery truck) while they order/receive new permanent replacement unit. Big difference in the noise level - the first one must have been built on a late Friday afternoon. Know what I mean? Thank you Sun Valley Medical ♥♥♥♥♥♥”
