Never said I was dissatisfied with my care as their letter stated. Not upset- found new primary and filing complaint with medical board!”

“Dr. Shumway is very thoughtful and thorough with his patients. I personally came to him with a very unorthodox medication array, and my pill load was massive. My blood sugars were all over place and far from controlled. He made some adjustments and helped me reduce the pill load significantly and my sugars are under control for the first time in a long time. We love to Direct Care Model, and we save $$ by using insurance benefits as needed, but seeing him with no copay is amazing.”

“I went to Stem Cell Rejuvenation Center in May of 2017 and had my knees and hips done. It has been 8 month and have shown lots of improvements. The knees were much worse than hips. I would come home from work and ice them and put heat on them before bed. Ibuprofen was my new best friend. I was checking into having surgery and thought I would give the stem cells a try. I didn't want to be down the length of time it would take for the surgery and who knows if it would be a success. I figured I would try the stem cell procedure first. I haven't had ice or heat since. No swelling and feel like I can run and do the things I haven't for such a long time. The Doctor suggested I wait until I have a full year until I start doing that. Because of the success I have had with this procedure my wife and a coworker also had the procedure done. I wan'ted to wait long enough to write a review I could give an accurate one. All of the staff and doctors at this place are very professional and informative. I was very happy I made the decision to try this first. I had a good experience and hope this review was helpful.”

“While it’s ER facilities definitely need updating, my experience with St Luke’s staff was good. They appeared to be understaffed and making the best of their situation. My wait for a room seemed long. I was grateful to have gracious EMTs who could attend me until a room could be found. I had a gushing nosebleed. I found the medical staff to be attentive, caring and professional. The attending Physician had a great sense of humor and bedside manner.
