“Yesterday was my first time visiting City of Spice with my best friend. I had never had the pleasure of eating such a delightful meal. The amazing flavors, scrumptious dishes, and helpful staff were absolutely wonderful! I love that the place is family oriented and it does give you a home like feeling. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door and my questions were answered with warmth and a smile. Our server was super patient and very friendly. The owner even came by our table to briefly chat with us and to see what we thought of our meal. I was delighted to have lunch there. We ordered a variety of dishes because it was my first time trying Indian food and each dish was incredible. We got all of our dishes with a "medium" spice level and it was perfect for my level of tolerance. (Though my best friend loves his dishes much hotter he too was very pleased). If you end up having leftovers, no problem, make sure to take it with you for later.”

“The staff is pretty friendly but they don't listen very well and I often have to repeat the order 3 or 4 times but it gets made correctly. It's usually clean and quiet inside, although the parking lot usually needs to be cleaned. They don't seem to spend a lot of time worrying about the curb appeal and minding the outside appearance and that can make most people assume the inside isn't cleaned or maintained.”

“I went to The Butchered Beet this week and loved all my meals. I live a busy life so having meals already prepared for lunch & dinner was amazing and delicious. I was able to get a variety of meals and everything was excellent. The owners and the staff were able to answer all my questions, the heating instructions we self explanatory & and you can definitely tell they make everything from their heart. I’ll definitely keep coming back and already planning to stop in Monday!! Thank you Also one of the meals I grabbed was the Organic Turkey Meatloaf this week as well and I didn’t get sick…that lady must be a hater. It actually was one of my favorite meals. “It's been a while since I ate at Pizza Hut so I didn't realize that this location no longer has eat-in dining (maybe none of them do - I don't know). I recommend calling ahead of time or place your order online. I got a single serving of pasta for myself and waited 18 minutes for it. They said it would be 20 minutes, so I guess I did okay. But several people walked in, got their food, and walked out in just a minute or two. The pasta was nothing to write home about. Rather generic. In fact, I think all they do is cook the pasta and use pizza ingredients for the sauce and everything else. Quite frankly, I thought the leftovers were better the next day than when it was fresh. But it was still tasty. I'm in no hurry to go back, but I'm not going to scratch it completely either.”

“Went here today 4/16/2023 girl working the window was awful and rude. Asked me if I wanted hot sauce, I told her yes. She "tossed/threw" my bags of food into my window and didn't even give me hot sauce. Shut the window in my face and didn't open it back up. I was left to walk back inside to get what I needed. I live out of state and was just driving through on the way home. Definitely wouldn't go back wether I lived in the area or not. Food was good but service definitely NEEDS REVAMPED!!!!”
