“Late on Sunday evening and my wife and I were craving hotdogs. Tavo's Hot Dogs and Tacos surprised us with not only great tasting hot dogs but low prices and kind staff. This was a last-minute decision as we sid a search for hot dogs in our area, and Tavo's came up. Tavo's is a food truck that is open on East Apache Blvd just east of Hawes Rd. As the name says, hot dogs and tacos are the fare. I ordered 2 sonoran style hot dogs, and my wife had a plain hot dog with mustard. They were perfect! The buns were lightly toasted but fresh bread buns. Nothing can ruin a hot dog quicker than a stale or old bun. Tavo's doesn't make that mistake. Fresh toasted hot dog buns are perfect. The ingredients inside are even better. The hot dog is made perfect and piping hot. The ingredients on my Sonoran dog included grilled onions, diced tomatoes, whipped guacamole sauce, mustard, and more. Wow. Excellent flavors. It's tasty but not too spicy. Finished off with a fresh grilled jalapeño on the side! A bite of the pepper goes well with a bite of the hot dog, or if you don't want the spice, ignore the grilled jalapeño. The prices were excellent as well. Each hot dog is only $4. Very reasonable! You can get a hot dog with fries for just $7. This little hot dog and taco stand was a blissful little stop . If you get a chance to stop by (Weds through Sunday evening 4pm-9:30pm), do it. You won't regret it!”

“This place is right next to the dollar tree and honestly I had low expectations for this place but boy was I wrong! It’s a small place but they have quick service and friendly staff. Only one waiter handling all the tables but wasn’t slow either. It was a little cold in there as the fans and AC was running so I wore my jacket the whole time. I noticed an elderly lady with her family was eating and kept staring at the fans because she was also getting cold. I think the fans are needed because of their tandoori dishes, they smoke up the whole place and everyone starts coughing from the spicy smoke so leave the fans on but when it’s cold outside at least turn the AC off lol The waiter didn’t write down our order so I was thinking he will mess it up but nope he got it on the dot. We ordered manchow soup, butter chicken, plain naan, Gobi Manchurian, chicken fried rice, lamb vindaloo, mango lassi and double ka meetha. We were originally going for goat vindaloo but the waiter mentioned goat will have bones but lamb is boneless so we changed to lamb vindaloo instead, which was quite tasty and delicious! I definitely didn’t want to deal with bones in the meat so thanks for the suggestion! Kids loved the butter chicken, we did mild and it was perfect for them. Chicken fried rice was indo chinese style and my daughter enjoyed it and was quite happy with the taste. Manchow soup wasn’t my favorite, tasted bitter so I will not be ordering it next time. Mango lassi was not bad. Gobi manchurian was amazing, will get this one again! Double ka meetha dessert was soggy, if you are a true Hyderabadi then you will definitely not like this one, they should ease up on the milk so it’s not so watery, bread seemed like it wanted to be saved from the sogginess lol we will be back again and will try some of their other items. They get a lot of pick up orders as well so they seem like they are doing really well. Their prices are very reasonable and not over priced as some of the other places in Chandler. We will try their lunch package soon! Overall great place!”

“This is about the fifth time I have ordered from this Domino’s location. So far, I have only positive reviews. Today, I ordered two thin crust pizzas: a supreme pizza and a Hawaiian pizza. “This rating is solely for the food. The food was great, as always. However. The last 5 times I have came here I have witnessed the manager lady yelling at her associates. The workers look like they don't know what they are doing and just need help. That's okay. But instead of helping them, she puts them down and scolds them. This is not a healthy work environment and I feel sorry for the people that work under her. I hope she gets a talking to. Because her attitude sucks. She is rude and emotionally manipulative to her employees. As an addition, when I came to order today, she questioned everything that I wanted and kept looking at me weird. I come here often as I enjoy the food. I am, however, not a fan of this manager. I don't know her name, she is shorter, usually wears a bun and has a huge attitude. Thank you for the good food. I'm always skeptical about trying new restaurants, especially a seafood joint. I ordered the 1 piece cod and 1/2 lbs. fried clam strip n chips combo and my mom ordered the 1 piece cod and 4 jumbo shrimp n chips combo. The portions are HUGE. The combos come with a side of coleslaw which, by the way, was out of this world. The food was hot and fresh, and the batter was light and crispy, not too salty. All the food was just perfect, the employees were all so nice, even the soda (Dr. Pepper) was delicious... Just go here. You won't be disappointed, I promise. I will definitely be back, and I can't wait to try the other items they have to offer. One last comment, I live near downtown Phoenix, the drive was not bad at all, only took about 20 minutes to make it to 59th Avenue and Union Hills (during rush hour even). Don't let the location be the reason you don't go.”
