“We were having issues with our pipe in the wall in our kitchen, but didn’t know the extent of the damage. I called the office and office staff was so courteous and friendly. Seems like they really put your anxieties at ease. This company doesn’t charge “trip charges” and don’t lie to you about what’s going on. Once the claim was in process I called Master Rooter and they came over quickly to assess the damage. Alex, was straight forward with me and let me know what to expect. His team consisted of Roman and Robert they came over and started opening up the walls to see what’s happened. The fixed it like the professionals they are as promptly as they could. These issues sometimes take time so they asked for patience and I had all understanding that “it’s a process”. I definitely wanted it done right. Roman, Robert and Alex were respectful of our home and cleaned up when they needed to. Very friendly and answered questions as they could.
