“Came here for a massage. Bought a Groupon for my parents and my self. You do need to pay gratitude, it’s about $16 a person. Definitely different then other hotels I went too. They don’t have a locker room or robe or slippers. So bring your one shoes for the pool. You carry your stuff to the pool & in the room where you get your massage. You change in the massage room. We were late but glad they fit us in their schedule cause we tried calling in before but no one answered. My massage was great. Definitely hit the points that needed it. My parents wanted harder pressure but didn’t receive it. I thought mine was hard pressure or maybe I’m just fragile. We got to go to the pool. The big pool with water running was so cold. There’s a smaller one that isn’t that cold. There’s 2 jacuzzis. There’s a bar outside. They gave us drink tickets and $5 off food or beverage from the bar.”

Elizabeth was who did my tattoo removal and she explained everything in great detail and made sure I understood exactly how the procedure would go and what to expect in the healing process. I arrived to my appointment and I was greeted by the receptionist who was wearing a mask and just had sanitized her hands as I was coming in. Which was so nice to see. The front office was so clean and absolutely beautiful. I filled out my paper work and was taken back very quickly no waiting!! I was taken back to my room. Which was so clean and pretty very very pleased. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Samantha. I have to start off by saying she is absolutely amazing. She asked my questions took the time to listen to my concerns and really got to know who I was. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She was so sweet and caring. She did not try to up sell me like other places have. She also was able to tell me what procedures were like because she has had them. Which is was really reassuring. She knew from first hand experience. I had fillers in my lips and botox in my forgead. I was not nervous at all because of how comfortable Samantha made me feel. I ended up joining their membership club because of how much I loved my experience. I can not wait to go back. Please please go check them out you will fall in love. These ladies are amazing. “I go here as often as I can. The lady who runs it is awesome. Her English isn't very strong but you can communicate with her easily. She gives, at least for me, the perfect massage. Not too rough and not too soft. Also, she doesn't talk to you during the massage and I love that part. That allows me to relax and drift off. Another thing that I learned today was that she's very honest. On my last trip there I used a credit card and some how the transaction went through twice. When I stopped in today she was very happy to me and ran to her desk and pulled out the receipt and explained what happened. She said that to correct it she would give me a 90 minutes massage for free. I appreciated the honesty and apology for the error but she absolutely wanted to make it right. That kind of thing doesn't happen near enough anymore. I got my perfect massage and I tipped her the amount of the massage to thank her for her effort. She didn't want to take it but I insisted. So support small business and tip generously. Remember karma goes both ways.”
