Overall you can find most everything for last minute quick run in the neighborhood.”

“First time shopping here. (Typically a Fry's/Kroger guy). It was refreshing to shop somewhere new, see a few different things. Didn't really like how dim the store was/felt. By the time we left it felt like we were there for forever going from dim to super bright out. I do prefer how clear the Fry's prices and sales are. I'd argue Fry's is overall a better value, on common items. They were short staffed which isn't abnormal these days. Most employees were fairly positive. A couple not so much. A successful satisfying trip nonetheless!”

“Sprouts makes the best sandwiches! I am a sandwich lover and the ones they make at sprouts are delicious. I love the fact that I could order it the way I want it. As a grocery store I love them because they carry hard to find produce and a large amount of healthy products that are hard to find in other grocery stores. At this particular sprouts everyone is always very friendly. This one does get busy so I always allow for a little extra time for checkout. Buying stuff out of their bulk bins saves me a lot of money in the long run. They also have a very large supplement and nutrient selection as well as specialty foods for people with gluten issues, diabetes, high cholesterol, etc etc.”

“They have pretty much everything in here. I came for some fresh produce and chili oil and was almost overwhelmed by the sheer amount of variety. It's fun to look around and get ideas for new things to try that you can't get in your typical bland grocery store. Not just Asian products, but Jamaican, African, Mexican, and more. There is a strong fish smell but put on a mask. You'll be fine.”

“What a great place! The owner George is such a wonderful, kind person. Been patronizing his establishment for about 5 years now. We actually look forward to running out of water to make our visit, have some laughs and see our buddy George. As for George's yummy Thrifty Ice Cream Bar up front....Brings me back a bit to grade school days in California. I would ride my schwinn cruiser up to our local Thrifty to treat myself to a scoop or two of ice cream on a sugar cone. Sadly, to no avail on this particular beautiful sunny day, got back on my bike and the perfect scoop fell off the cone straight to the asphalt in the parking lot. Boo! So, I actually took my embarassed self back inside to the ice cream counter with the most depressed, saddened look on my face. Hoping for that one sympathetic manager that perhaps could identify, Lol! Simpler times, the manager of the store actually had the heart to kindly give me another. The reason in sharing this story, is that George reminds me in ways of that store manager back in the day. Always, genuine, giving and kind to all his customers and it really serves as a great example to all people out there that we can change a persons day in a good way and give out positive energy. Probably, live longer and healthier too... Oh, end note, pistachio ice cream or my other go to, rainbow sherbet, a must...Teehee! Thanks again George!”
