Visiting this site and Chloride was such a Joy. The people here were very friendly. There is a lot to read and to learn in Chloride. And it is rrally nice that they documented it good. My boy found some berrytree and enjoyed them. The place had something calming to it.
Fun little town and love the gun show they put together!
Cute little reproduction town built by the town's historical society about 20 years ago. The town was created using materials reclaimed from the local mine, with a lot of attention to detail.
We stopped by when volunteers were doing maintenance and met several of the town's folk who were extremely warm and welcoming. If you're fortunate enough to stop by when someone's there, they'll have all kinds of history to share.
Fun little ghost town. But go for the great community, great food at Yesterday's and lawn art.
