Very professional and friendly from the salesperson Kera, to the scheduler, to the delivery, to the installers. I would absolute use them again. There service and products are well worth it!

I would highly recommend Carpet One in Green Valley. Kera was a great help with the selection and coordination of replacing blinds in 21 windows. The products, service and installation were better than expected.

The installers, Oscar & Orlando were the best! They arrived promptly and were courteous and very careful and efficient moving my furniture. The carpet installation was very professional and they were equally careful and patient in moving my furniture back in place. The carpet looks great. I couldn't be happier with Carpet One! I definitely recommend them. Plus, I really believe in supporting local businesses rather than Tucson big box stores!!

We are very happy with our carpet purchase and installation. Kara was very helpful. As soon as we decided what we wanted she came to the house and measured. She said 4 to 6 weeks for the carpet to arrive. It arrived in 6 weeks. The installers were great and did an awesome job!
I would definitely go back when and if I need flooring again.

We just replaced about 1,000 sq. ft. of carpet and replaced the carpet in our walk in closet with tile. We were not looking forward to doing this, but we gave Carpet One here in Green Valley a try. They were GREAT! Our sales assistant was attentive and offered good suggestions when asked. Some were less expensive that what we were considering! The materials were top flight, but even better were the installers! Both tile and carpet guys were polite, helpful, organized, quick and best of all, VERY expert in what they did for us!. Prices were competitive and I really liked not having to truck up to Tucson.
