(October 25, 2019, 9:36 pm)Upon my inquiry of size of units they had available, the paperwork was very quick especially since I needed to unload my car quickly before I had people coming at a certain time at home. Another storage unit (on a similar side of town) had processed my paper work the day before but wouldn't let me move in because they said they needed to wipe the walls down and spray for bugs. They knew I needed to unload my car and make several loads before people arrived the next afternoon at my home. They didn't even have the empty unit ready by 10 the next morning when I called to see when it would be available. How long does it take to wipe dust off of the walls and spray for bugs when they know you need the unit by a certain time and you are renting/doing the paperwork the day before?
(October 4, 2019, 5:07 pm)Nice folk running the office. They keep the place clean and secure. Got a call that I'd run my lock hasp thru the wrong hole...which left the door unsecured. I appreciate them keeping an eye on things
