“I was reading some of these comments and I have to say there are some pretty petty people in this area lol. I was not aware the size of a place made them professional or not but ok. I was there about a year ago and was treated with utmost respect. I did not have to wait an hour to be called back and I'm about to have to go back again. If you were not told more about your procedure or tests being ran it's because you didnt do your homework for your part. It is not the dr or Np to read your mind and know what to tell you except the basics. Now when they tell you and you're not sure ASK Them smh”

“I am a breast cancer survivor and I completely recommend Dr. Kelly Favre!!!! I was diagnosed with breast cancer after a lengthy battle with the medical system, and some so called medical professionals in Sierra Vista. When my diagnosis was confirmed I began looking for a surgeon. the positive reviews I read about Dr. Kelly Favre inspired me to request her professionalism and expertise in my unusual case. In 2007 I was diagnosed with DCIS of the left breast, and In 2017 diagnosed with LCIS of the same breast - Dr. Favre researched my case and on my first visit we discussed my diagnosis and options, with a recommendation for genetic testing (I have three daughters, brothers, nieces, and nephews)! Dr. Favre notified me immediately of the genetic test results confirming my decision to have a double mastectomy. Dr. Favre recommended a wonderful plastic surgeon, Dr. Rao. On 5 July 2017 Dr. Favre operated on me, removing all breast tissue and testing my lymph nodes for possible cancer, and Dr. Rao began the reconstruction process. Dr. Favre's professionalism and compassionate presence continue as I see her for follow-up appointments. My double mastectomy is a complete success and I can confidently say that Dr. Favre and her team of professionals contribute to my continued overall good health! Thank you!!”

“As the son of a retired MD, I am very selective and unapologetically demanding when it comes to my doctors. I have found Dr. Allen to be one of the best doctors I have ever been seen by. She is very empathetic and she takes the time to explain everything in detail. Most doctors in this country make me feel like they’re rushing me out the door, but she’s never made me feel that way. I’m not sure if she changed Medical Assistants since some of these other reviews; but I’ve only ever spoken with Carmen and she has been caring, quick and thorough. She’s also responded to my voicemails in a timely manner. Their scheduling department could be a bit better. I had to call them when I first got my referral instead of them calling me, which was slightly irritating; but she uses the same department as the entire practice, so I can’t really blame her.”
