“Played QC for the first time this season, and was extremely disappointed in the conditions of the greens. On a scale of 1-5, 5 being great, I'd rate them a 1.5. LOTS of damage that was apparently caused by Javelinas. At least, that's what I was told when I inquired about the conditions after we played today. I suggested that players be told about the greens conditions before paying, or when they make a reservation, to which I received no response. Can't understand how QC can justify charging full price given the conditions of the greens. And to add insult to injury, there was no mention of having to play a temporary green on the Roadrunner course. Unlike last year, today's was a VERY disappointing experience. UPDATE: After bringing our concerns to the attention of Joel Jaress, the head professional at Quail Creek, we were very pleased that he provided a quick and complete resolution to our situation. He phoned me immediately the next morning, expressed his sincere apologies, and resolved the situation to our complete satisfaction. Kudos to Joel and his staff! We truly appreciated it, and hope they are able to rectify the situation with their greens as soon as possible. The three Quail Creek courses are very good tracks, and we wish them the best of luck in healing the greens.”
