Brake Masters #204

I had two bad batteries in my diesel truck. I stopped in at Brake Masters and they had the battery in hand within 20 minutes and in my truck and complete in another 20 minutes. Excellent service, great staff and fair prices. Highly recommended.

I had another great experience when I brought my Ford truck in for suspension, engine idle, and brake work. All items were addressed professionally and I wasn’t “sold up” for suspension work, being told the struts were still OK. The service staff holds one of the most superior certifications available in the state, sorry… I forget the name, it I’m sure they can tell you what it is. I’ll be back for future work!

This is the best shop in Tucson!! The store manager Adam is the awesome! These guys are honest and actually have integrity. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

I had such a good experience, the staff is so good with the customers. They are very friendly and helpful they care and take good care of your car and they are very efficient in what they do. Austin at the front is so nice and friendly he welcomes everyone with a smile and a caring conversation and Scott worked on my car he did such a good job and really looked over my car and let me know what was going on and what I needed to do and i appreciated that, but all the guys there are good at what they do they take there work serious. I will definitely be going back. Thank you all for fixing my brakes my car runs so good and we feel very safe.

The guys over here are so friendly- especially Austin. Super good moods - both when I called yesterday end of day and when brought my car in this morning. Another business had accidentally broken something on my jeep and then sent me there to have it fixed. The guys over there treated me as if I was some huge transaction and connected with me as a person. They prioritized my car and the whole thing took less than an hour. Huge recommend.
