ATI Physical Therapy - Oro Valley

I have received therapy at ATI in Oro Valley following three knee surgeries and I highly recommend their team. They are knowledgeable, caring, professional - I could add many positive things. Most telling are the welcoming and encouraging attitudes of the team; arriving clients are greeted by name and a sincere “how are you feeling today?”

This is my first time doing physical therapy and I'm actually enjoying it. For years I was afraid of what would be expected of me and that the therapist would be too rough. ATI has been wonderful. The therapist are caring and attentive to my needs. I even look forward to my sessions.

My right leg had been hurting from the ankle to the hip for over a year. After having X-rays and an MRI on my ankle with nothing found, I went to ATI in Oro Valley on La Canada. Heidi met with me and during the first appointment she released something in my ankle that helped tremendously. We did several exercises and treatments to loosen the muscles and tendons up and down my leg. She also determined that my right knee turned inward when I stepped up. She sent me home with exercises and I was incredibly better by the second appointment. On the third appointment I told Heidi I no longer had the pain but would continue the work at home.

This is one of the best PT offices I've been. As soon as I join this ATI I was immediately greeted with welcome and warm regards from Heidi and Jake who work day in and day out to make this an awesome place ! The team at this ATI facility is also super amazing where they constantly ask you how you've been how or how you're doing and they remember who you are. Edit: been coming here for months, feels like family, wanted to also add that Mary is fantastic and fully deserves to be included in this review ! This place is great they really help you understand and grow with an injury.

The staff is so polite and accommodating while still professional and knowledgeable. They worked my therapy from back surgery around my pre existing Parkinson's, RA, and lupus limitations. They were also too kind to tell me when I got my times mixed up and arrived over 30 minutes early but worked me in after a brief few minutes never missing a beat with me or anyone else that I noticed. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help or even just to get toned and advices before joining a gym.
