Really pleased with the quality of service from Vail Equipment Rentals. I had a Husqvarna riding mower ruined by pack rats. Jim helped me order the right parts and installed them. The mower is operational again. Communication was great, service was great, and prices were great. Literally can't ask for anything more. Thank Jim!

I have had a wonderful experience with Johnny, the owner of Vail Equipment Rentals. He's a super-nice, responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, informative business owner. I must have called him at least 25 times over the last 7 months with questions, etc. since I'm new to using heavy equipment. He answers 99% of the time and advises me on whatever I need. He's given me some great ideas due to his vast knowledge and experience. The one time he didn't answer, he called me back within a minute. This is the best customer service I've ever experienced in my life from another business owner. I'm a business owner myself and Johnny inspires me to treat people even better.

His business is the only place in town that I know of where I can rent a piece of heavy equipment and not be on the clock and only allowed to use the machinery for a maximum of 8 hours. I have it for 24 hours and can run it the whole time if I want. What a deal!

Anyone who puts up a negative review here about Johnny is probably a contractor who didn't pay his bill and resents the consequences. That's my guess because I've had a perfect experience over many months.

I will continue to rent from Johnny and recommend him to many others in the years to come.
