(March 2, 2020, 4:49 pm)Fantastic gym I kept coming back to for day passes during a prolonged visit to Tuscon! It's a local gym that has a friendly atmosphere, doesn't get too crowded, and has everything one needs for the beginner to the serious lifter. The vibe was motivational with great quotes and pics placed throughout the gym. There were equipment and attachments that a lot of gyms lack which was cool to find here (i.e. glute ham raise machine, hip thrust set up, chalk, 3 power racks, mag attachments, etc). Definitely would come back!

(December 31, 2018, 11:04 am)Best gym I've found. Well equipped and the staff is incredibly friendly with unquestionable expertise. An amazing lineup of trainers available.They keep membership under control so it's never crowded. The members are very cool too. People are friendly but are serious about training. Everyone willing to help if you need it. Veteran owned and vet friendly.
