(May 17, 2019, 7:24 pm)After just 1 session I already feel more aligned and my muscles aren't as cramped today like they usually are. I also feel more even when I walk. So far so great!
(April 10, 2019, 4:41 pm)Megan is incredibly talented and intuitive. I am halfway through my series and am more aware of the way my body moves (and also HADN’T moved!) than ever before. I started seeing her when I had lower back issues and she has resolved so many more issues that I didn’t realize I had (“so *that’s* how my feet are supposed to work!). I feel fantastic both physically and emotionally and look forward to every appointment.
(January 28, 2019, 12:15 pm)I have been having right shoulder pain for years. I was referred to Megan and have been seeing her for about 6 months. We focus more on the structural sessions and work on opening up my chest and shoulder muscles and have developed a great stretching routine. I am so much better and am starting to move into the maintenance phase while stretching on my own. I highly recommend Megan for any problems or pains you may have.
