I just needed something small and got a 3x3 witch is great for me and the price was great way under my budget. Thank you again Extra space storage you really helped me out.

(August 21, 2020, 2:44 pm)Very helpful set up over the phone using email for paperwork. The storage space I rented was affordable and climate controlled. The facility was clean and staff on site was friendly and helpful. There were large carts to move belongings and there gate hours are until 10pm which has worked well for me. My lock was left inside my space as promised and someone took time to even cut the packaging for easy opening. I'm happy with my choice.
(August 12, 2020, 3:27 pm)Signing up was extremely simple! Everybody that I spoke with on the phone or in person was polite, and also helpful. They answered all of my questions, and when I showed up on site, they were wearing masks.
I've gone in and out of the facility multiple times since I've purchased my unit, and I couldn't be happier.
They provide multiple hand carts, one of them larger than the others. This is the only downside I have come across so far. If someone grabs it before you, you have to deal with the smaller ones. Depending on how much you have to move in or out, you may end up having to wait, or take multiple trips. Not a big deal.
The facility facility is clean, and easy to access (24/7, just in case you need that!).
