They could have easily repaired my roto-tiller, but instead they referred me to a more affordable place since they figured the other place could do just as well. Very honest, knowledgable, and friendly staff!

Travis was great. He responded quickly. Tried to help me over the phone, even followed up. I have an older tractor and it was really a stupid issue but it was a new tractor to me and I was frustrated. He gave me advice and followed up to see if it worked when it didn't work. He came out after a long day on a Sunday late afternoon. Spent an hour with me. Gave me some education and some good conversation. I was honestly expecting a scheduled appointment 2:00 to 3 weeks out...... It was such a simple fix thank goodness but the fact that he was willing to take on the job and take the time take the time made it feel like he actually cared and wanted to help.

Was recommended by a friend to use Tucson Tractor Repair. I called and had them service my Mustang 940 skid steer. He came out looked it over and had to take off all hydraulic cylinders as they were leaking. To make the story short he took them to his shop repaired them had them rechromed and came back and installed. It was a Flawless job he is one for extreme details making everything right the first time. I am extremely pleased with Travis the owner of this business and would you use him exclusively in the future for any other problems I have with my tractor. I know it will be done right the first time.

Amazing help I called these guys with an issue I had with my bobcat and they went above and beyond offering to FaceTime me and get me in contact with someone in my area that could come and help me out. Really appreciate the help.
