Ann, the beacon of light at the front desk represents the epitome of hospitality excellence. Both conscientious and considerate, she insured our satisfaction from the start.
Now, the accommodation though convenient, comfortable and with ample space. is in need of some minor improvement to maintain Hilton quality standards.
Dirty smudges and smears on doors, scuffed, tired furnishings and a sagging mattress within our suite proved to be mildly disappointing.
Aside from that a decent value overall. The outstanding, hard working service staff offset these evident imperfections.
I have been wanting to stay here for awhile and i have to say this small but beautiful embassy suites lived up to its Brand. The room we had was on the first floor and the location to everything such as the pool and the reception area. The workout room was clean and inviting. The pool is well-taken-care of and we enjoyed the cook to order breakfast. A shout out to Charlene waitress. Maria Rodriguez chef assistant and Shane the chef. They made us feel welcome and did their best to fill our needs. There was a minor mixup in our room, and management was quick to compensate with a meal for me and my wife, which Shane cooked. Delicious! This a perfect location to see the majestic mountains and the valley view. So many things close bye to enjoy and the Tucson food scene is ridiculous. Thank you and we look forward to staying here again!
This hotel is certainly top notch in customer service. Ann at the front desk, the lady who services the breakfast and the female bartender in the evening were exceptional. Everyone greeted us no matter who they were or what they were doing. The pool is large, the outdoor sitting area is fantastic and the view is incredible. The suites are very adequate and clean. They do allow pets. The only bad experience we had was that a room a few doors down had 2 large dogs that howled all day while their owners were out of the room. The restaurant has good food, large portions. The free breakfast buffet has a huge selection. We would stay again if in the area.
I walk with a cane, I called to see if my room had a walk in shower and if I could be close to the entrance or a elevator spoke with Allison who double checked on the shower and delivered everything was perfect had a great view of the pool and mountains, room immaculate! Breakfast was great many choices and healthy ones too! Service was great for breakfast I will definitely be back for we visit family who lives here and everything was great!
Our stay was great! The suite was more than big enough. We didn't have too much interaction with housekeeping except for asking for towels, housekeeping is upon request but I can't say enough about the front desk and the ppl that worked in the food area. The restaurant area is great! Breakfast was as good as , if not better than most restaurants. Cooked to order eggs, pancakes, yum! It is free but I recommend tipping. Everyone from the cooks, waitress and bartender share the tips and they completely earn those tips. They also have a great happy hour from 5 to 7 that can be anything from bagged snacks to prepared in the kitchen small plates. It was delicious and the bartender was great!
