“I hired Tom Campbell with Long Realty to sell our house in May 2017. I have been through the house selling/buying process five times in my life. It can be tedious and stressful. Having a good agent makes everything so much easier. Tom Campbell far surpassed my best expectations by getting four contract offers for $3,400 over market value within 24 hours of listing the property. In my experience that doesn’t happen through luck. After the sale, I went back and researched an online service’s comparables to make sure I hadn’t sold the property for too little. According to the information I found, Tom far outdid all of the agents who sold comparable houses in that neighborhood in the past year. He outperformed them by anywhere from $2,500 to almost $20,000. Here is just one example: Two months prior, an agent sold an almost identical house to ours for $11,000 below the online service’s price. It was in a better location, and had nicer upgrades than ours. We were at the disadvantage yet Tom outperformed that agent by almost $15,000. When I hired Tom I didn’t ask for a discount commission rate. I wanted a professional working for me, and I believe in paying people what they are worth. However, as it turns out, he basically paid his own fees with the high sale price he got for our house. His commission rate was effectively less than 0% in comparison to the other agents. He gave us extremely good service, and yet we walked away with more money in our pockets than if we had selected a discount agent. While all the other agents discounted home prices to make the sale, Tom just did a great job, proving that paying for quality is often the cheapest route (and the fastest also.) Tom Campbell has earned all my future business and enthusiastic referrals!”

“I would recommend Dr Lara at Sonoran ENT, to friends, family and anyone that is having problems with ears, nose or throat. He took care of my sleep apnea needs with professional excellence and made the process easy for me. He ordered the sleep study to my home which picked up my sleep apnea. I had previous sleep studies in lab settings that did not pick up my sleep apnea. He then set up an appointment for me at Preferred Home Care on the same day as my appointment with him finding out the results of my sleep apnea study. I walked out of Preferred Home Care with my CPAP machine the same day. Dr Lara also did my double deviated septum surgery after finding that the CPAP was not working as well as it should have been. I thank Dr Lara for taking good care of all my sleep apnea needs. I would like to add that after my double deviated septum surgery I had another in lab study done, (my insurance would not pay for the in home study), thinking that I may no longer have sleep apnea and the study said I no longer had sleep apnea only to find out that I still do have it.”

“I have been looking for a specific cut of beef for quite some time with no luck, until today. My apologies for not finding AJs sooner..very helpful, very good prices and yes! They have a real butcher shop that is very knowledgeable. The gentleman working early this morning was super friendly and helpful..oh we came in for beef but had to breeze through the whole place of course..awesome produce section! Got everything except green tomatoes and Carolina reaper peppers but, they had scorpion and ghost peppers that you cant find anywhere else that i know of..sorry i am a pepper head and prefer the very hot reaper BUT it says a lot for AJs. they have everything you need for cooking some very fine dining at home whether its lamb chops or cowboy beef ribs with a super hot dry rub and all the delicious veggies you can think of...if you had green tomatoes and Carolina reapers i probably would have had to refinance my home to get out of there today..from the amount of people there in a very early sunday morning during a pandemic i would guess that getting something to order from AJs was a great idea as well...i have got to start hanging out with the better half more often..awesome place! Needs 10 stars for courtesy, prices and quality..customer service gets a 20”
