They are polite and professional, and with the recent virus they are taking extra steps to ensure their patients and staff are safe by sanitizing all areas. They do an excellent job taking care of me and I am happy to have such a great Dr. and business so close to me.

(June 24, 2020, 8:41 am)Love Civano Eyecare, Dr. Finnell and all her amazing staff. I really needed new glasses and wanted to get fitted for contacts for the first time but was worried about Covid. The staff at Civano have gone above and beyond to ensure the safety of their patients and staff including respecting social distancing, enforcing immediate hand washing and mask wearing and all equipment is sterilized with a virucide solution before you go anywhere near it. She has also invested in equipment that eliminates the need for dilation or being close to your face for a prolonged period of time. Besides all that, the office is beautiful and the staff is highly competent and extremely friendly.

Her office staff is very friendly and helpful. When it came time to select my eye-wear they helped me choose the best options to fit my needs. I plan to see her exclusively for my visual needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

(October 26, 2010, 5:20 pm)Very thorough optometrist. Really seems to know her stuff and truly care about her patients. Not your typical office, very quaint and relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff.
Also very kid-friendly. My two toddlers were bouncing off the walls and she was so sweet and tolerant!!! She even held my youngest while I was getting looking through some lenses.
