We rented a trailer from the Uhaul off of Saint Mary's and I10. We had a problem with the trailer not having running lights and were instructed by the staff there that we did not need them. They would be nice to have but we don't need them. We ended up calling this Uhaul and spoke with Conner. He asked us if we could swing by with the trailer and he would take a look at it for us. He checked the wiring, plugs and fuses and helped us find out thay we had a blown fuse. He was very helpful and we will be using this Uhaul from now on. Much better customer service!

Best Experience Ever!!!! Lamont was absolutely amazing. He went totally above and beyond to help. There were a few small snafus totally not there fault, it was because my car didn't have hookups. He went out of his way to solve my problem and make sure that I got what I needed. Also Ben was very nice and helpful as well.
