The Trask family has taken very good care of our family member s. We have entrusted the Trasks with three members of our family. The Trasks have given them love as well as excellent care. We highly recommend them

Our experience with Arizona Homestead is very positive. The Trask family and staff truly care for their residents. Everybody was very sweet to Mom, treating her almost like family, with friendly banter, but firmly taking care of things. I have witnessed several occasions where somebody on staff would go out of her or his way to please Mom, or just to comfort her. The two houses (‘Homestead on 18’ and ‘Ocotillo House’ next door) are set up like family homes, with a comfortable atmosphere immediately when you walk into the front door. And they always smell nice of whatever next fresh meal is cooking in the kitchen. If you are looking for an assisted living facility that provides personalized care in a friendly, engaging setting, I would recommend Arizona Homestead.

My mother has been at AZ Homestead since 2013. I've been her guardian and conservator since 2010 and during that time, in my mother's increasing dementia, she has needed to live in 4 different protected residences. This is the only place where I have genuinely felt she was safe, her medical needs were seen to and she herself was treated with respect and affection. Mom is a difficult woman who doesn't participate in many activities willingly or graciously but the staff and the whole Trask family manage her amazingly well and she is comfortable with them. More than the activities, mom enjoys the interaction with staff, the banter, and just watching the goings on. In so far as it is possible, in advanced dementia, mom feels at home here. When my mother entered Homestead, to make her feel more at home, Bryan sat with her and sang to her, accompanying himself on guitar. It helped and it touched both mom and I. I appreciate that the staff has gone the extra mile, not just once, but again and again, to see to my mom's comfort and well being. Would I recommend AZ Homestead. Yes, in fact, I have. Several times.

I have to admit it's tough to read a review like Ms. Elliots. Many thoughts rush through my mind. Should I defend myself, should I return insults, should I apologize? One thing is certain, Ms. Elliot did not have a positive experience with my company and for that I am sad. I certainly don't intend to cause people to feel the way Ms Elliot expressed in this review. Our mission at Arizona Homestead is to raise the standard of excellence in all areas of assisted living care. Clearly, I have failed Ms Elliot and her family. I am confident that I did not fail in giving her mother the best care possible with in the circumstances of her needs.

We have a top quality assisted living home and our good reputation is evident as I talk to numerous families and professionals in our community. The need to have great communication in this field is paramount in meeting the needs of our residents and I clearly desire to improve in this. I hope to grow in my communication skills as a result of Ms. Elliot's review and wish the best to her and her family.
    Bryan and Susie Trask.

Arizona Homestead Assisted Living provides excellent care in a warm, homelike environment. The owners, Bryan and Susie Trask do an amazing job training their caregivers to provide high quality care. What sets them apart is they, and their team, truly care about all their residents. I’ve been working in assisted living for 23 years, therefore, I can confidently say they’re one of the best I’ve worked with.
