They even had the vehicle pulled in the front of the dealership when I arrived and running ready for me to look at it. It's the details I appreciated. I called three hours before closing on Saturday afternoon about the Mini Cooper I wanted. By the time I traveled a hour to get there, Javier Orton had the car detailed, gas tank filled and parked waiting for my test drive. He was efficient and very organized. Simone Seller stepped in to walk me through all the paperwork with a detailed description for each page I was signing. Sam Rodriguez made sure I was happy with the car and purchase. All three of them worked AFTER HOURS to get my purchase completed. They deserve more than just 5-stars.

We took delivery today on a 2021 Mini Cooper S convertible. From the welcome from Tony Avila and his shepherding us through the process step by step, to the back up by Sam Rodriguez, these guys were terrific. Tony made sure we had all the information we needed and he was meticulous about getting all our details from us. Sam did the calculations, and they showed us the various options for purchasing.
