Shelia is absolutely amazing!!!! My stomach is flatter already and it hasn't been 20 minutes. You actually feel so much better. She responded quickly and sends text messages if that works foe you. She squeezed my friend in I and we will not go anywhere else.
She sat down looked over my health information and really EDUCATES me about what kinda of life style changes could help. We laughed about all the exercises and diets we both have tried. She is a realist. She is so laid back and educated on health. Shelia tells you what to expect and is amazing at making you feel comfortable. I am the biggest scary cat but not anymore. A safe haven for me for a year now(I'm chemically and mold sensitive and this place has been SO SAFE FOR ME), Sheila has been a God send. She is extremely knowledgeable about all faucets of gut health, and along with her general concern and compassion for her patients, she has been THE go-to colon hydrotherapist for me. If you choose Intestinal Health Institute you will get SO much more than just a colonic.
I make a point to get colon hydrotherapy at least annually. I usually go at the end of summer when my digestion starts to feel a little sluggish. Sheila Shea really guided me through the whole process and made me feel right at home. I feel much better. The office is intimate and clean and Sheila made sure I knew what was going on so I never felt uncomfortable. I've reccomended her to friends and family.
