(May 26, 2020, 9:42 am)I have been all over the country multiple times with my RV and unfortunately (or, as expected with an RV) have had the opportunity to use dozens of mechanics, shops, and dealers for this or that repair. I have lived with two persistent and nagging issues that no-one seemed capable of diagnosing let alone fix. But these guys made them go away like magic.
Carlos is a smart, efficient, caring and capable service manager who made it all happen. After all my experiences he ranks head and shoulders above all others I have ever encountered. I wish he would fit in my toolbox!! Thank you Carlis!
(November 15, 2018, 9:06 am)The sales staff at La Mesa RV was really courteous. Didn’t know enough about their products but I suppose that’s the job of the delivery people giving you a walk through before you can take your RV.
We love our new RV but felt we were not told about issues with the RV until after we signed paperwork. Good ending is that they do however fix everything we find along the way in need of fixing.
