(February 29, 2020, 11:25 am)For those who gave poor reviews, you should go to a post office off base and service will be twice as slow and twice as bad.
The requirement for retrieving a package what not differs from location to location. I lived in a small town and they don't even check my ID when retrieving a package. I lived in a large city with a PO box. I forgot my mailbox key. They wouldn't let me pick up my mail even with 2 IDs.
The day I was here trying to ship an international package I received helpful advice. The staff here are probably more knowledgeable with shipping overseas than those off base since they deal with it so often. Both staff I encountered are courteous.
