(May 19, 2022, 6:57 am)Clean with plenty of supplies (spray bottles, wipes) to sanitize equipment yourself before and after a work out...A variety of excellent modern equipment that is well maintained. The owner and other staff are visible, helpful, responsive and polite. Safe location for folks who prefer to go early or late when there are less people around. Overall Excellent experience. The location has the highest google rank in the area for a reason. I've visited 1 other location and was not as impressed.

(January 25, 2022, 5:58 pm)I have enjoyed working out here tremendously. The staff has been very polite and helpful. The equipment is in great shape. I have seen big improvements in my body since I started utilizing this gym. Plus their “schedule” works well with my odd work hours! Love it here!
