(July 24, 2019, 6:51 pm)Management was really great if you keep to yourself/follow the lease. I lived there for 2 years with my roommate and experienced everything from a lizard in our basement, an attempted break-in, and a broken water pipe and we never had to pay extra or wait at all to have management contact us and do everything they can! That isn’t to say the house is bad though- it was more of a Tucson problem????
The house is perfect for two students and even though it wasn’t super updated, we never had any problems with the actual amenities!
(April 8, 2019, 9:23 pm)I am very impressed with the level of service and that they didn't didn't waste my time on properties that wouldn't work for me. The rentals that this company offers are a rare find in Tucson. Huge furnished luxury homes - near the UofA at a better price.
(March 2, 2018, 5:53 pm)I have only had good experiences working with Kyomi and Adrienne while living at this address. The staff here works to create personal connections with the tenants and have been extremely responsive with issues that have come up. I feel secure in the area that I live in, and I enjoy access to the pool/spa and gym regularly. The maintenance staff works tirelessly to upkeep the beauty of this area, and have worked within my home on repairs in a timely manner. Overall, I have thoroughly enjoyed this location and love interacting with the staff.
