Lakeside Casitas Apartment Homes

My family and I recently moved into Lakeside Casitas and we couldn't be happier with our home and the community. Michael and Amanda were very nice and extremely helpful, a pleasure to work with. Thank you Lakeside Casitas Staff we appreciate everything you do for us!

Lakeside Casitas is a great place to live and work! As an employee, I feel very knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. After living up in Oro Valley for 5 years, I decided to move to Lakeside Casitas and it has been such a great experience for me and my son. From the friendly residents to the helpful maintenance staff and office staff, everything has been perfect. I feel very comfortable and safe! Lakeside Casitas is a great place to call home!

Office staff is super friendly and welcoming. The units are large and spacious. Nice having washer and dryer in unit. The little portches are pretty cool as well.

We moved in, in March of 2020, the process took awhile, the complex was going through changing staff, but...I couldn’t be happier. The office staff is very friendly, and the complex is quiet and I love the outside look. Our 1 bd apt is cute and is perfect for my husband and I. Our a/c went out on a Saturday after office hours. I was concerned that the maintenance staff would not see my request until Monday. Within an hour, Jose from maintenance came over and got to work. We needed a new motor, which they didn’t have. Jose provided a portable a/c for the night and came back on SUNDAY to install the new motor. He really cared that the apartment was nice and cool for us and worked hard to ensure that happened. I did email the property manager on Saturday night, before Jose came over because I do have an issue with heat intolerance. He emailed me back on Monday and was the nicest he could be. This effort from everyone I dealt with made me realize this place cares about their residents. Thank you Lakeside Casitas! Very happy tenants here!

I moved in first of the year, I want to say this a quite tranquil place to live. People are friendly and staff are wonderful, keep the place nice, clean and maintain. During this Covid-19 unfortunately I've been effected with no employment and the manager Michael has been such a wonderful knowledgeable source of help, kind hearted and understanding young man. The manager went way above and beyond to assist me and gave me info to assist me in rent for this epidemic times. I cannot express enough how happy I am to live here and to have a management team that really cares. Communicating is the key and they are willing to help all they can. If you are looking for a nice clean place to live in with family I highly recommend Lakeside Casitas. Thank you Michael and team at Lakeside Casitas.
