Mike was really helpful to me ! Great customer service! Made everything much easier for me and my family.

I wanna say that the gentlemen's name is mike. I may be wrong. He did help me with my move in and referred me to another clerk named Douglas. I like Cubesmart. its a professionally run storage place. Unfortunately COVID19 has risen its ugly head. The upside is that things are easier to do online. I paid for my unit my lock was there paperwork signed and on to moving in my things.

Hours should be extended for visiting your storage. Everything is online. Mike at Palo Verde was nice and efficient. My bill is accurate. Lots of locations I had like 3 units at once. The truck is available at some locations. They have monthly rental deals. They worked with me and they were understanding. I had a serious situation and they didn't take advantage of that. Thank you.

This is probably the best storage unit I've ever come in contact with. The way they have helped me is the best service I've had ANYWHERE. I will definitely recommend this specific unit to everyone I know in Tucson. I couldnt thank you guys enough for helping and making sure you take care of your customers. Thank you for all your help!

I would like to thank the store manager Mike for helping us get a large storage with no hassle. His customer service was great as well. I purchased some large boxes and he was generous enough to take them out for me!
