Northwest Emergency Center Marana

I went to the emergency because every other one in town had 24 hour waits. The Northwest got me right in, recognized the severity of my situation and helped me to problem solve. Since I had a surgery procedure, and there was a problem with the healing, they normally won't do much to address another doctor's procedure (which is understandable). Evenso, the doctor helped me to solve the problem with suggestions and we worked together in the room and were able to remove a large clot that was causing me to gag and choke constantly. The doctor and nurse were both professional and sympathetic and helped me to find a solution that worked! Thank you Northwest Center!

I am a primary care nurse practitioner, I was at an event and fell hitting my left hand, I have been an rn for 17 years and a board certified NP for 3 years, my hand absolutely hurt, I was seen immediately with no waiting. The nurse came in started an IV, I was examined by the MD, and had X-ray confirming my broken hand in 30 minutes. They were fast and efficient . The front office person was so extremely rude. The doctor asked if I wanted narcotics, I declined for a NSAID. They treated my condition, with care, consideration and efficiency. I was surprised with an 800 bill, however it’s healthcare and I went to the ER for a emergency, that’s the cost of care, and you can’t be mad about the facts of life. They would earn 5 stars if the front office person was not such a complete and utter troll of a human being

This place is AMAZING! My son had an issue that needed care (Cyst) and we were in and out of there in a flash, honestly took longer to get the prescription filled at Walgreens. If you have an issue, and need medical attention, this is the place to go!

Was treated twice during the past year. Both times I was treated with respect and kindness. Nurses, doctors and staff all took very good care of me. Very compassionate and even though they were all so very busy I never felt rushed. Lots kudos to these hard-working staff!! am so appreciative.
